TABLE FORMWORK
Used in projects such as residential buildings, high-rise structures, business and shopping centers, metro underground stations, industrial facilities, energy plants, hospital and healthcare facilities, viaduct heads, bridges, culvert slabs, hydroelectric power station (HES) projects, etc.
Suitable for heavy or high slabs and wide-span slab applications.
H-frames are manufactured in standard widths of 150 cm, with three height options: 110 cm, 150 cm, and 180 cm.
System diagonals are produced in different dimensions, designed according to slab load requirements.
H-frames, together with diagonals and connection elements, are used as H-frame table slab formwork systems.
By placing ladder and guardrail elements between H-frames, the system can be used as a safe tower staircase at the foundation or building façade.
Slabs are supported with plywood, ridge-mounted H20 timber beams, and depending on slab loads, either grid-mounted H20 beams or 10/10 timber.
Main carrier (ridge) beams are seated on four-way heads.
Formwork can be stripped without dismantling the system from the concrete.
Transported with wheeled trolleys or with the help of a crane.
Provides fast and economical assembly with crane assistance.
Has a high load-bearing capacity of 60 kN per leg.
Applied in residential buildings, high-rise structures, business and shopping centers, metro underground stations, industrial facilities, energy plants, hospitals and healthcare facilities, viaduct heads, bridges, culvert slabs, hydroelectric power station (HES) projects, and similar projects.
Suitable for heavy or high slabs as well as wide-span slab constructions.
