MODULAR FRAME SCAFFOLDING

MODULAR FRAME SCAFFOLDING

System Components

  • Consists of two main elements: base–top chassis and H-frame box elements.

  • Standard plan dimensions: 100 × 100 cm and 120 × 120 cm.

  • H-frame box elements are placed manually on the base chassis and assembled into tower structures.

  • Tower spacing is adjusted according to slab load requirements.

  • Engineered and calculated by our engineers based on your formwork project.

  • Market names: Box Scaffold, H-Type Scaffold, Tower Scaffold, Tower-Type Scaffold.

Structural Details

  • Slabs supported with plywood, H20 timber beams, or 10/10 timber elements.

  • Main carrier (ridge) H20 beams seated on adjustable four-way heads or, alternatively, 10/10 timbers and azman elements on U-heads.

  • Towers reinforced with diagonal elements to resist slab thickness, height, and wind loads.

  • Can be transported by crane as complete towers, connected via base–top chassis, without dismantling.

  • Provides a high load-bearing capacity of 50 kN per leg.

  • Especially suitable for high and thick slab constructions.

  • Applied in residential buildings, high-rise structures, business and shopping centers, metro underground stations, industrial facilities, energy plants, hospitals and healthcare facilities, viaduct heads, bridge slabs, hydroelectric power station (HES) projects, and similar applications.
