System Overview

• Designed for high-rise construction projects to enable safe transfer of materials to and from floors.

• Specially manufactured by AS Yapı according to project requirements.

• Commonly referred to in the market as: Material Loading Platform or Material Loading Console.

• Installed between slabs and attached to the façade, allowing cranes to deliver or remove materials at different levels.

Structural Details

• Main carriers (ridge beams) are supported with H20 timber beams or timber azman elements.

• Platform perimeter is enclosed with timber guardrails for safety.

• Height is adjustable with special screw-jack legs, ensuring compatibility with slab edge beam heights.

• Ridge-mounted H20 beams are seated on four-way heads; alternatively, 10/10 timbers and azman elements can be seated on U-heads.

• Platform working surface measures 360 cm × 350 cm, covered with 5 cm thick timber boards.

• Reinforced with guardrails to prevent workers from falling while loading/unloading materials.

Safety & Handling

• Equipped with crane lifting points; timber gaps are left to align with crane hooks for safe lifting.

• Must not have workers above or below during crane lifting operations.

• Can be lifted by crane without dismantling, moved to upper floors, and reused until the final floor is completed.
